Rankings Not Updating

If your benchmark rankings aren't refreshing, try these steps:

Check Steam Detection

RefleK's detects your Steam install folder and signed-in account from your local Steam installation to fetch rankings from KovaaK's servers. The detected Steam ID and persona name are prefilled in Settings → Advanced → Steam. If your rankings still don't load:

1. Make sure Steam is installed and you are signed in
2. Open Settings → Advanced → Steam
3. Check that the Steam Install Directory is correct, and override the Steam ID or Persona Name if needed

Refresh Rankings

1. Open the Benchmarks page
2. Click the Refresh button
3. Wait a few seconds for rankings to update

Progress Not Tracking

If your runs aren't counting toward benchmark progress:

• Make sure you're playing the correct scenario name (exact match required)
• Check that runs are appearing in the History page
• Some benchmarks require specific settings or difficulty modes
